When grinding soft concrete floor, how to do if the diamond polishing pads consume too fast?

Suggestions:
1. Use hard bond diamond pads
2. Use a smaller grinder or reduce the additional weight
Increase the roating speed
Advance the forward speed
Choose more diamond pads grinder.
