Q1.What products do you supply? 

A: We offer metal and resin grinding and polishing diamonds, PCD Diamonds seg, diamond saw blades, cup wheel, bush hammer tools,  abrasive  brushes , core drill bits and other accessories. 

Metals grits from 6-400#, with soft,medium, hard, extra soft and hard  bond.
Resins grits from 30-3000# (Hybrid ,semi metallic,resin-metal, metal embeded,Copped bond,ceramic,electroplated,resin etc)

Q2.  How could we know the quality, if we want to order your diamond tool products?

A:  Please just test it with a very small trial order, then you will know the quality clearly. At present, So many people in the world like to use Chinese products, as  the not bad quality with very competitive prices. We are one of the most professional manufacturer in stone and concrete polishing, grinding and  cutting field for many years.  Mosdan would like to inform who are using our products and how is the performance! If the market in your area is complete new for us, a small trial  order for testing will be necessary.

Q3. How to get a price list from you?

A: We have a wide range of products line, and also specifications, too many price. That is why we don't have a price list on our website. If you would like to know our price, please kindly contact us and tell us the specification you want, we will offer you the best price asap according to your inquiry. 

Q4. Do you offer free samples?

A: We don't offer free samples, according to our many years' experience we think when people get the samples by paying. they will cherish what they get. Also though the quantity of sample is  small however its cost is higher than normal production.

Q5.  What's your payment terms?

A. We proudly take by T/T 100% and Paypal.

Q6.  What is the delivery time?

A: Regular products orders , we need about 1 week preparation and production, because we have a wide rang of tools, not possible all of them in stock Please give us time . Normally all orders not exceed 2 weeks. 

Most likely express we will choose FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT etc, they will take about 6-7 days from here to your warehouse , also have fase level , like 3-4 days, but freight fee is higer.



Q7.  How can I know how much the freight charge is? 

A : Calculate the total weight of your order.
      Choose a shipping method.
      Check the current freight Rate and calculate shipping charges.
      Check the other charges and add together.
