Crushed PCD Application:
1. The depth of cutting:1-3mm

2.To avoid blade(Split PCD) stickig, please do not make them work on the paint and gum surface for too long time, because hot surface of paint and gum will become soft then easy to cause them stick together with blades.

3.The Split PCD is special suitable for working on the suface relief no more than 5mm floors

If the sueface fluctuation is greater 5mm, please use common PCD first, then use the Split PCD to remove the scratches left by common PCD. Because the strong torsional force caused by high speed rotation of grinding discs will make the Split PCD broken or devide into two parts(Metal parts and teeth) while the Split PCD hot on uneven floors suddenly, this is not normal abrasion
